Summary |
The U.S. Geological Survey, in cooperation with the Edwards Underground Water District and the Texas Water Development Board, is conducting a continuing investigation of water quality in the aquifer formed by the Edwards and associated limestones in the San Antonio area. The program was initiated in 1968 to collect historical reference data for determining changes in water quality and to detect any current pollution of the ground water. Results of the study from August 1968 to August 1969 are reported by Reeves and Blakey (1970) . This report includes water-quality data collected from September 1969 to August 1971 and some data from selected analyses made prior to 1969. |
