John Sharp, Ph.D is a professor emeritus at the Department of Geological Sciences at The University of Texas at Austin. There, Dr. Sharp conducts research in hydrogeology, hydrology and environmental geology. His current projects include: the crystalline rock aquifers of Texas, studies of the Edwards Aquifer, and evolution of regional flow systems.
