Bob Keith

Bob Keith is a resident of Victoria and is the appointed representative of the South Central Texas Water Advisory

Committee (SCTWAC) to the Authority board. Keith was reappointed for a second term by SCTWAC in 2000. His term will expire December 1, 2004. Keith serves on the board’s Aquifer Management Planning Committee, Permits Committee, and the Habitat Conservation Plan Work Group.

Keith is an engineering consultant and holds a degree in electrical engineering from Texas Tech University and is a licensed professional engineer (Texas ). He has worked in the areas of industrial water supply for more than 20 years and in community water issues for more than 12 years.

Keith’s community affiliations include serving as past chair of the Victoria Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Victoria and has served on several civic boards working on education, cultural interests, the interests of the disabled, Boy Scouts, 4-H Club, and others.
