As a result of final Emergency Rules passed by the Edwards Aquifer Authority Board of Directors on December 11, 2007, methods have changed for calculating the reduction of your groundwater withdrawal right once a Demand Management (DM) or Critical Period Management (CPM) stage has been declared by the Authority. Groundwater withdrawal right reduction calculators have been created for both the San Antonio and Uvalde pools and for Municipal, Industrial and Irrigation uses. The calculators are provided and explained below.

Calculators for determining your DM/CPM Reductions

First, you will need to know your authorized annual groundwater withdrawal amount. If you are not clear about your annual authorized withdrawal amount, please contact Naomi Esquivel, or Kirk Decker, Permit Coordinators or Jacqueline Sills, Permit Associate at (210) 222-2204 or 1-800-292-1047.
